I have had the most amazing opportunity to Dine in the new establishment of Yu by Ruyi at The Gardens. They operate from 11am-4pm 6pm -11pm so i had made reservation in advance to try out the latest XXL Dim Sum  the decor of this chinese restaurant is modern, spacious, with red carpets just like in a wedding banquet, ample amount of space and excellent service. the deco of the restaurant gives a relaxing ambience, plenty of space in between each table service is quick and pleasant, with refills of water in between  i mean, this basket is huge, they have taken a modern twist towards traditional Dim Sum Har Gao, Siew Mai, Char Sie Pau, Fried Siew Pau, Salted egg yolk with charcoal bun dusted with golden flakes, lotus rice, Abalone Dim Sum, Fa Gao, the porcupine (fillings are equivalent to a mooncake), Raddish Cake, Crab Slices stuffed inside a Dim Sum, Truffle Dim Sum and Brocolli Dim Sum  look at that, utterly luxurious golden flakes all

for the lack of better photos, i had to post this,  honestly, one of the cheap eats i love, but cant have it often or else my cholesteral level will spike, hence i have it once in a awhile nothing to complain, standard fries, a bit of popcorn chicken, and the signature cheese sauce the cheese is not that type that can be pulled, rather, KFC signature cheese drizzled all over their wedges coming to think of it, wedges are definitely overpriced.  hence, with more competition coming in, the cheaper alternatives are definitely a great hit, for people that likes to have a meal in between meals....ok now im guilty

DIN TAI FUNG- MIDVALLEY

Most of my friends Love Din Tai Fung Maybe it is the fact they serve a lot of special dishes and they have outlets everywhere Xiao Long Bao (XLB) is the most famous dish and you have to order it ! this time we order quite a lot, but i forgot to take the photos queue was quite long as usual, had to take number and queue.  mayonnaise prawn- reminds me of those i had at wedding banquet quite a simple dish- fried prawns covered with mayonnaise. some did find it overpowering if they dont like mayonnaise.  salted egg yolk chicken- not my favourite  fried rice with pork chop the fried rice is one of my favourite, fragrant, light and not oily, each bite leads to more whereas the pork is also good, they do make a perfect combination and i always order this when im dining in  the famous XLB the trick is to suck all the juice and then proceed to dig the bao in vinegar and sliced ginger spicy chicken alot of people complain

BURGERLAB-OUG

recently i saw a great deal, RM15 for a set (think of burger with fries and drink) that would easily cost me nearly RM30 the catch which i didn't know is, there a only limited quantities available and that the criteria is to download their APP. ok! went to seapark and finally found a place to park my car, i had to remove my car as their was one uncle that said i blocked his car !!!! finally made my way into burgerlab just to be told that this deal is sold out! OUCH! i proceeded to ask where can i get this deal, the cashier said only in OUG or cyberjaya! when i went to OUG, the cashier said there are 47 slots left! AHA! finally  Beautiful mess- it has egg, fried portobello mushroom strips, and the thin slice is actually cheddar Hangover- RM18.00 the extra ingredient here is the hashbrown their menu essentially divides into 3 categories, beef/chciken/vegetarian! for sides- choose betwwen fries, mashed potato or tortilla drinks - not much option, just peps
