LONDON (BOROUGH MARKET, CHINATOWN, M&M, LONDON EYE)

my parents are visiting me and our first leg or trip will be in London

i have booked 2 rooms from hostel.com

Clink78- we have stayed her for a few days

the hostels are rather weird, i booked 2 private rooms, one with toilet and one without

the cost are not cheap but that is alright

while i entered my room, there is a weird smell (mixture of smell) as the ventilation was so bad and i can smell food coming from the kichen

im way too tired so i just collapsed and slept

my family were jetlagged and we just walked out of our hostel across the street to have vietnamese food

So i have visited London for the second time. for the first night, we went for vietnamese just across Clink78.

LONDON KING CROSS - CAMBRIDGE

Bought train ticket for 4 but there's a promotion so we paid for 3.

The train is pretty fast and you can reach in 1 hour and 17 minutes.

A booth selling hot pies at the train station

Really what i neede in a chilly day!

the streets are quiet and there is a river as the backbone of this city
river punting is a famous activity here

Cambridge is a quant city where you feel like you have stepped into medieval times and it looks like im still in the 90s

the streets are quiet and there is a river as the backbone of this city

Typical meals
the quinessential fish and chips- i have lost count of how many fish and chips i have devoured

the essential element of fish and chips is fish, chips and peas

some restaurants will mash the peas but it do think peas are an important element!

Gelato in Cambridge

we are back in London- Nottinghill
easily accessible from London Tube

the highlights will be these colourful houses, the neighbour looks like a wealthy neighbourhood and the buildings are all very pretty
A movie is actually filmed in Nottinghill and it's called Nottinghill!

Every corner is a photo opportunity, no wonder there are so many fashion bloggers in the UK

Last but not least,

THE LONDON EYE

the london eye- most people will flock over to have a ride, but i beg to differ as i feel like it is just a tourist trap and i rather watch it from a distance
