my afternoon with valmont

i have the absolute pleasure of joining valmont malaysia to understand more about their products. well this workshop is located in Majestic Hotel and i booked it a few weeks ago prior to the event. Valmont is essentially a renowed brand in switzerland. lots of celebrities from all over the world use their products. thats how good it is. 

in malaysia, their is an outlet in robinsons. and also their office in PJ.

first product i have used is the prime renewing pack. its actually a mask that can be used overnight, or just a thick layer and wipe it off with their toner (vital falls)

so the reason i rate this as 9/10 is because it makes your face shine, the cream just penetrate to the deepest level of your skin and you will feel a cold sensation (signs that your face is dehydrated). 

i will usually use it as a night mask in which i apply a thin layer to my cleansed face. 

the below photo is salon size which is definetely cheaper but not available in malaysia. 

 this is the prime renewing pack 30ml. 162 pounds/50ml = rm891/50ml

getting a sample would be good to see if you really like to experience the wonders of this product.

this is a foundation that comes with an antibacterial cushion. Rm600++, the foundation is not made in switzerland, but japan, and the japanese are awesome when it comes to create flawless, lightweight foundation. i do feel like this is a great touch up for sunscreen as it comes with Spf50. the coverage is excellent and it covers my veins and pores.

   




they did a demonstration applying all the products,

1) applying the prime renewing pack, then wait for awhile then remove it with Vital falls (toner)

2)the toner is no ordinary toner is it is green in colour, the scent is pleasant, so use a cotton pad and soak up the toner then wipe of the excess mask.

3) next up apply the serum

4) then use a moisturiser

5) spf50 UVA+UVB

what i learned was that UVB are the sunlight and UVA are generally all types of lights like the computer, also even if you are not walking under the hot sun, you ought to apply a sunscreen as the sunlight can penetrate the window/

basically, applying sunscreen and cleansing your face PROPERLY even if you have no make up on.

i usually do a double cleanse, using an oil cleanser following up with a normal cleanser. this way, my skin will be clean after all the impurities sticking onto my skin for the whole day.


valmont is expensive, but they usually have sets and if you are prepared to fork out that amount of money, they will give you a great value of GWP. so yes, i learned some skincare knowledge today, all thanks to Valmont Malaysia.
