my experience at Beaute Library started when i received a complimentary Beaute Floral Essential Facial Treatment worth RM880 which to me is blatantly overpriced.  I called to their call centre using the number provided. A lady set the time and place after we discussed about it. I later received text messages to inform that an appointment is booked.  I arrived at about 3.20pm Sunday for my appointment at 3.30pm. Upon arrival, the beautician took my IC for verification and to key in their data base.
