DAY 6: Venice and Noventa di Piave (McArthur Glen outlet)

before i went to Venice, i have seen photos and videos of the flooding situation in Venice.

However, i did not prepare a pair of waterproof boots which left me shivering as i feet are drenched as it continues to rain, the flooding situation was under control as they have set up higher walkways.

nevertheless, it was still chaotic and not to mention the amount of tourists that visit in a day.

We boarded a boat and saw the beautiful Venice at a distance, suddenly the picturesque scenery i have in the back of my mind as i saw in the postcards came alive.

I was excited to explore Venice

At first, we were brought to a glass factory, and the owner starts to introduce to us the beautiful glasses which were in different colours, along with the exorbitant price tag, whereby it is said that gifting a set of beautiful glasses are a blessing to the newlyweds.

After that, we went on to discover the Sigh bridge.

My trip in Venice ended by visiting a very ancient cathedral, and i secretly felt so happy in an enclave where i could stop shivering for a moment.
